What are the arrival and departure times?
The arrival time is 4 p.m. and the property must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to allow the cleaners access before the next guests arrive.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, by arrangement with the owner of the property (pets are not accepted at Balgowan House), well behaved pets are welcome at our other properties but are not allowed on the furniture or in any of the upstairs rooms.
Do we have to bring our own bedding?
No, as we provide bedding, towels along with tea towels and your beds will be freshly made up for you prior to your arrival.
Do we have to pay extra for heating and electricity?
No, all heating, and electricity is included in the rental price.
Do you provide cots?
Yes, we provide cots, cot bedding and a highchair by request and free of charge.
Do you provide a barbeque?
Yes, along with garden furniture for your enjoyment.
We are bringing mountain bikes / ski equipment, do you have a place to store them?
Yes, this is no problem as all of our properties have access to a suitable store.
